The Loudoun Cold Weather Shelter is open from 15 November through 31 March of each year. The purpose of the shelter is to ensure that people in the community who are unsheltered or literally homeless during periods of extreme cold have a warm and welcoming place to stay. For over ten years, Loudoun County has provided this service to the community and partners with local nonprofits and the faith-based community to meet the needs of residents including mental health services, housing support services and general case management.

The shelter is open from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. every day from November 15 through March 31 (including weekends and holidays) and is open to any member of the Loudoun County community. A photo ID is required. For more information, call 571-258-3033, which is available 24 hours a day or click the link below:.
