New ALS Chase Vehicle in Service

In late-2015, the Sterling Volunteer Rescue Squad placed into service a 2016 Ford Explorer Public Safety Utility Vehicle. The vehicle, mainly used as an ALS chase unit (designated as ALS625/CAR625), was dedicated to the residents of the Falcons Landing Military Retirement Community (Potomac Falls, VA) in appreciation for their ongoing financial support to Sterling Rescue. In 2015, the residents of Falcons Landing donated $42,800 to Sterling Rescue (in addition to a similar donation to the Sterling Volunteer Fire Company). Sterling Rescue values its relationship with the members of the Falcons Landing community and looks forward to many more years supporting the community.
