At 6am on 13 July 2019, the Sterling Volunteer Rescue Squad placed into service two new Advance Life Support (ALS) vehicles to better serve our first due areas in Sterling, Ashburn, and the surrounding communities.

Built by ESI Equipment in Montgomeryville, PA on a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD 4X4 chassis, the units are fully equipped ALS support vehicles, with climate-controlled cargo areas, carrying full a ALS package to include standard house kit, LifePak 15 (monitor, AED/deliberator), and other Advance Life Support equipment/materials.

The two new units, designated as ALS615 and ALS625, were 100% funded by Sterling Rescue, using donations from the community, to include a generous donation from the Falcon’s Landing Retirement Community. We appreciate the continued support of the community in helping us in our mission to help others.

Sterling Rescue – “Empowered to save. Inspired to serve.”
